What it means to have Tyler fight for you.

Shareholder disputes and corporate conflicts often lead parties to taking positions where the risks are not immediately apparent but will later expose parties to legal liability.  Tyler approaches this stage with care, providing advice to protect the client's position and identifying where risks may arise as the matter develops. The preparation in the lead up to trial is key to the trial, and Tyler is thorough and rigorous in ensuring that you are best positioned to win your case.

For business owners, the outcome of a dispute reaches far beyond the immediate legal issue. Tyler understands that broader commercial consequences are often just as important, and he advises clients on the most efficient way to resolve their disputes to their advantage.
