Tristan Silvester

Legal Executive

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - Singapore University of Social Sciences

Tristan Silvester is a Legal Executive at Silvester Legal LLC, supporting the litigation team across general and commercial disputes, with a focus on shareholder and director matters. He is hands-on in the work that keeps complex matters moving, including preparing and managing large volumes of evidence, assisting with pleadings and court documents, supporting filings, and coordinating the practical steps needed for hearings and trials.

Tristan has extensive exposure to trial and hearing preparation. He is known for being thorough, for staying organised under pressure, and for thinking ahead across the lifecycle of a case. He works closely with the firm’s lawyers to ensure the record is complete and clear, and that nothing important is missed in the details that often make or break litigation.

Beyond casework, Tristan takes an active interest in improving how the team works. He contributes to building better internal systems and workflows so the work stays accurate, efficient, and consistent, especially when timelines are tight and volume is heavy.

Tristan is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He applies what he learns directly to live matters, sharpening his legal reasoning while staying grounded in the practical realities of litigation. He has also represented the firm at recruitment events at the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University, and has developed firm-wide internal workshops focused on communication, critical thinking, and practical workplace skills.

What it is like partnering with Tristan.

Directors and shareholders often come to litigation with real pressure in the background, business disruption, strained relationships, and tight timelines. Tristan helps bring order to that. He keeps the moving parts aligned so the legal team can stay focused on strategy and advocacy.

Where it makes sense, Tristan also steps in directly on the process side, helping clients understand what is happening next, what the team needs from them, and what decisions are coming up. Clients are not left guessing. They know what the next milestone is, why it matters, and what practical inputs are required to keep the case progressing smoothly. In matters that overlap with corporate or business advisory work, he helps gather the operational facts quickly and organise them clearly, so the lawyers can advise on a sound footing.

Tristan does not provide legal advice. Instead, he helps ensure the team has what it needs, early and in order, so the matter is run properly, and the client experience stays clear, calm, and controlled.
