Madelene graduated from the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws. She began her career at Silvester Legal as a practice trainee, before advancing to the role of legal executive, and now, as an associate.
Madelene’s primary focus is on commercial litigation, where she has gained valuable experience in managing contentious matters. Additionally, she has been involved in non-contentious corporate work, stepping in to assist with corporate cases as needed, particularly when there is a higher volume of such matters.

Madelene is a junior associate practising in commercial litigation, with experience in employment disputes, shareholder disputes and insolvency matters. She works on employment law cases, minority oppression claims, director disputes and contested winding up proceedings, supporting matters in both the High Court and the State Courts.
