Before joining Silvester Legal, Fixen headed marketing agencies handling accounts across technology, financial services, FMCG, transport, and real estate. He also held marketing leadership roles in several companies, overseeing entire marketing departments. He has delivered measurable gains in market share, profitability, and long-term brand value, earning multiple industry awards.
Outside of work, Fixen is passionate about bodybuilding, boxing, and chess. He also explores music, film, and WWII history, and writes occasionally on these topics.
