Delvin graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) in 2019 and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2020.
He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with stints in fast-paced and premier private law firms and civil service (IRAS). He has acted for a broad range of clients before the State Courts and the Supreme Court, including the Comptroller of GST and Income Tax, companies (MNCs and SMEs), international banks and high net-worth individuals.
